Ball | Preservation Starter Kit

The scope of this project was to develop an updated solution for online first, then brick & mortar and base it on the newly created VDL (visual design language) that fits squarely in the CARE need state. The new VDL, consists of elements of wood textures and paired with Ball green. This new look has provided a needed lift at the shelf.

Since the ask was for an online solution first, I led the development of a simple 1-color (white) application on corrugate. As for the B&M application, the use of a paperboard sleeve printed using CMYK. By developing these two different applications, surprisingly it actually saved the business $93k just on the one SKU alone.
